Our cancellation and refund policy aims to provide clarity on how to cancel subscriptions and under what circumstances refunds are issued. We value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that the process is straightforward and fair.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after the cancellation.

Monthly Subscription:
Refunds for monthly subscriptions are generally not provided.
Exceptions may be made if there are extenuating circumstances, such as a technical issue that prevented access to the service. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Yearly Subscription:
If you cancel within the first 7 days of the yearly subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
After 7 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused months of the subscription.
Refund requests can be made by contacting customer support with the reason for cancellation.

Request a Refund: Contact customer support with your subscription details and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
